To enter at 801 was a super achievement. What began as a simple wee idea to form a truly bespoke, unique and global full service hospitality company has grown slowly into a business model for the ages; with a strong guest focused and other person centered culture all wrapped in strong commerciality. Our associate engagement scores companywide on all three continents are one of our constant measures of success, safe in the knowledge that if high; our guests are being cared for with passion. Strong commercial results delivered to our owners are paramount and recent purchases, turnarounds and resultant sales have proven Valor to be a massive value add for our clients. This is an incredibly tough business that doesn’t sleep and as our name suggests; integrity, courage, spirit, tenacity and fortitude are all team characteristics we see on display for our clients every day! The next 5 years are going to be very exciting indeed as we move to the next level in our growth goals”
